A second person releases every payment
Whoever prepares a batch can't release it, and nobody can release a batch that pays them.
Changed bank details are held
If someone's account changed in the last 14 days, their payment waits until a second person checks it with them.
The file can't change after approval
The bank file is fixed when it's released and fingerprinted. Downloading it twice needs a reason and is logged.
Bank details stay protected
Account numbers are encrypted and shown as the last four digits. Seeing a full number is limited to finance and recorded.

Do we need to use HRX360 payroll?
No. Reimgo pays people back through any payroll or bank. It makes a WPS file, a BACS file or a payroll import file that works with any system.
Do you hold our money?
No. Payments go from your own bank account or through your own payroll. Reimgo prepares the file; your bank or payroll does the paying.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Screens, emails and report PDFs are in Arabic and English for UAE companies, and receipts in either language are read.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Until you subscribe you can sign in, view and export everything, and pay back claims that were already approved.
